What's your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of purchase. This applies to regular-priced items only. Customers will be liable for shipping and handling costs unless the exchange is due to manufacturing defects. Sale items, discount code orders, and accessories are non-exchangeable.

Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept refunds due to hygiene reasons, unless it is on a case by case basis.
